  1. Open brevo.com and log in with your account.
  2. In the sidebar, navigate to "Transactional" > "Email" > "Settings".
  3. Select "Webhook" from the list.Brevo 1
  4. On the new page, click on the "Add a new webhook" button.
  5. Enter the MAILFOX webhook URL in the "URL to call" field in the pop-up.Brevo 2
  6. For "When the message is" select the options "Soft Bounce", "Hard Bounce", "invalid email",
  7. "Deferred", "Complaint", "Blocked" and "Error".
